  • Only items listed in the shipment confirmation email are included in the contract.

    a) Ordered items are out of stock, withdrawn due to quality issues, or subject to shipping restrictions.

     

    b) Incorrect pricing or product descriptions are identified.

     

    c) Payment authorization cannot be obtained.

     

    d) You are ineligible to purchase under these Terms of Service.

  • The customer service team will contact you promptly if there are issues with your order.


7. Delivery & Pickup

  • When placing an order, you will receive a reminder of the expected delivery time.

  • Our team will try to complete the delivery within the expected time but cannot guarantee it.

  • Each order is insured during shipment until delivery or pickup.

  • You must sign a receipt confirmation upon pickup. After signing, you assume responsibility for the goods.

  • If the pickup person is not the original purchaser (e.g., gift recipient), their signature serves as proof of delivery, confirming the Company has fulfilled the order and responsibility has been transferred.

  • The Company reserves the right to update delivery policies at its sole discretion without prior notice.


8. Returns

  • The Company offers a no-reason return policy to ensure the best online shopping experience.

  • You may return items for a full refund if dissatisfied for any reason, subject to the following:

     

    a) Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.

     

    b) Returned items must remain in original condition (unused/unworn), packed in original packaging, with intact swing tickets.

  • To return an item, complete the return form included with the shipment and send it with the item.

  • If the form is lost, contact customer service to obtain it via email.

  • Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
